The Crosshair is created from a single, 9 frame subUV texture. The subUV images are then animated into a sequence through Unreal.
The projector beam Material is a single 2d texture animated with UV distortion. The material is applied to a 3D poly Mesh, and then animated in X,Y, and Z.
